Records Inc., who launched their 3rd studio LP,. The album was produced by Ed Stasium in Los Angeles and consisted of the single "How It Is" including Sen Dog of Cypress Hill, for which a video was also shot. During their 1994 tour, the band made a look on the second phase at the Monsters of Rock celebration held at Castle Donington.

This was the last Biohazard album with Bobby Hambel, who left due to differences with the remainder of the band. Hambel invested time in White Devil, likewise featuring members of the Cro-Mags, before relatively leaving the music organization completely. In late 1995, the band, in addition to Therapy? and Gunshot, contributed remixes to the Pitchshifter album.

It was produced with the help of Dave Jerden. For the 199697 Mata Leao Tour, the band hired former Helmet guitar player Rob Echeverria. The band also played on the Ozzfest mainstage together with Ozzy Osbourne, Slayer, Danzig, Fear Factory, and Sepultura. While visiting Europe in support of the Mata Leao album, the band recorded their Hamburg, Germany, reveal for their first live album, No Holds Disallowed (Live in Europe), which was released in 1997 through their previous label, Roadrunner Records.

The character was presented in the second season and appeared throughout the series' sixth and final season. The band signed to Mercury Records and released their fifth studio album, New World Condition, in 1999, as soon as again with Ed Stasium as a producer. The relationship with Mercury Records soured quickly as the band felt betrayed and misinterpreted by the label.

In 2000, the band continued to visit Europe and Japan, without the assistance of a record label or management. In 2001, the band launched a compilation album entitled. The album consisted of different B-sides and remixes from numerous ages in the band's recording history. The album was launched by the Phantom Noise & Vision label.

Leo Curley, of Summary and All Method Necessary, was worked with as his replacement. In the same year, Biohazard signed two brand-new record handle SPV/Steamhammer in Europe and Sanctuary Records for the remainder of the world. Regardless of the brand-new record deals, the band took some individual time in order to work on other jobs.
